You'll enjoy every step of the process as you disregard any preconceived notions of cooking as a chore. Chef Yolande will guide you through the mindful creation of a well-balanced meal that will keep you satiated with dishes that include curried coconut carrot soup, black bean and quinoa burgers bursting with flavor, a zesty seasonal fruit slaw, and beautiful baked apple roses.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
