In this hands-on class with Chef Matthew, you will learn how to prepare two different types of vegan sushi rolls as well as a Japanese-inspired appetizer and dessert using an array of fresh, high-quality, and plant-based ingredients, and traditional Japanese culinary techniques.
Chef Matthew will begin teaching you how to properly prepare sushi rice as well as basic knife skills. Then, you can look forward to preparing four dishes, including a spicy edamame appetizer, colorful vegetable rolls and vegetable hand rolls, and vegan green tea chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
