Cooking Class - Intro to Sushi Rolls
In this hands-on class with Chef Josh, you will learn the tips and tricks to basic sushi making as you preparing delectable creations while also learning about the culture from which they emerge.
You will begin by honing knife and sauce-making skills as you prepare savory tempura vegetables. Then, you will craft refreshingly crunchy cucumber rolls, flavor-packed futomaki rolls, and Chef Josh's anything-but-basic California roll before ending with an irresistible tempura banana split dessert with a homemade caramel rum sauce, ice cream, and freshly whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
