When you think of the coast of Greece, sunshine, heat and the sound of waves comes to mind. Nothing brings out the Mediterranean experience like the flavor of lemons, garlic, herbs and honey, all central to Greek and Italian cuisine.
With Chef Caroline, you'll learn how to make stuffed grape leaves with tzatziki sauce just like those found in small, Greek cafés. Then, bake chicken with lemon, olives and artichokes, accompanied by fennel grilled to bring out the deep flavor. End your meal with seasonal baked fruit stuffed with honey and nuts for added crunch.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
