Join Chef Caroline for a leisurely brunch featuring four French classics.
French bistro cooking focuses on hearty comfort food made from scratch, and features French home cooking at its best.
First, Chef Caroline will show you how to mix sweet and savory using mixed berries, arugula, vanilla beans and black garlic. Next up is les oeufs en cocotte, which is eggs steamed in ramekins with cream, cheese and herbs. Grilled cordon bleu sandwiches are a grilled cheese version of the classic dish from the famous Parisian cooking school. Round out your meal with light, crispy beignets and a cup of perfectly creamy coffee.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Caroline is delightful. Her stories about learning to make pasta in Italy are enjoyable. Pasta making is definitely a passion of hers and her excitement is contagious. All of the dishes she prepared were outstanding, much what I'd expect from a fine restaurant.

Chef Caroline is a culinary maven and former middle school science teacher who changed careers to follow her passion for food and cooking. Chef Caroline now owns a personal chef and catering business in San Antonio that specializes in pop-up dinners, cooking demonstrations for corporate employee wellness days, catering for events of all sizes, and teaching an array of fun and interactive cooking classes.
