As many chefs can attest, a classic chicken marsala can be as complex or simple as you'd like. In this hands-on class, you'll learn a few simple techniques from Chef Yolande that will help you to kick this tried-and-true menu up a notch.
During this cooking class, you'll learn important culinary techniques involved in making a crowd-pleasing chicken marsala. You'll also have a chance to dig into addictive prosciutto-wrapped salad bundles and a hearty potato-crust tart with vegetables. Save some room for lemon cheesecake tarts for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Yolande was such a gracious host, and her home was warm and inviting. Her cooking methods are practical and easy to follow. She made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to give us as much information about these and other dishes as we wanted. The meal itself was very healthy and yummy, and I now make some of the recipes we learned on a regular basis!

Cooking with Chef Yolanda was a wonderful and relaxing experience. She shared tips and tricks and was kind to answer other questions about cooking that did not have to do with our selected menu. She also shared a few extra treats as our food was cooking. Definitely enjoyed our time!
