Chef Kai is an extremely talented and passionate chef. He has the drive to inform people of the importance of food and how we consume it starting at a very early age. He explained how to introduce foods to babies as well as the importance of the colors and the nutrients within the foods. People are wanting to understand the science behind food and why we should consume certain foods and how they affect our bodies. Chef Kai has the information you want to live a healthy lifestyle, even at the earliest ages.
