Join Chef Michael and learn how to make the ultimate restaurant-quality steakhouse dinner staples completely from scratch using high-quality ingredients and impressive cooking techniques.
Begin with luscious Maryland crab cakes brought to life with fire-roasted red bell pepper coulis. Then, it's on to beef tenderloin medallions, which you will sear and deglaze with a rich wine sauce, and side with decadent macaroni and cheese made with béchamel sauce and aged cheddar. Finally, whip up tempura bananas with a boozy bourbon caramel sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Michael took the time to really demonstrate every little bit of the processes to each dish. He was very kind and passionate about his work. His food tasted amazing and his presentation was extremely impressive. His space was absolutely beautiful and anyone would enjoy their time in his class.
