Whether you're a long-time vegan stuck in a rut or you're trying to work more plants into your diet, find inspiration in this hands-on cooking class.
Chef Michael will teach you how to prepare simple yet innovative dishes that are completely vegan but sure to please any sort of eater. Start with a comforting bowl of coconut curry and carrot soup. Then, learn how to make zucchini noodles topped with pesto. Move on to a tofu tikka masala packed with plant-based protein, then end with a lime granita for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
