Come along with Chef Rochelle for a taste of some Mardi Gras favorites.

Capture the color and energy of New Orleans during Mardi Gras with this culinary collection of Louisiana classics. Imagine strolling down Bourbon Street with jazz music playing, colorful floats going by and the scent of the holy trinity — onions, celery and bell peppers — in the air.

Begin with crispy crab cakes and a zesty remoulade dipping sauce, then move on to gumbo, a spicy stew with chicken and sausage over rice. No trip to New Orleans, virtual or otherwise, would be complete without beignets, those sugar-dusted pillows of perfection.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rochelle was AMAZING!!! The experience was more than I expected, a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Chef Rochelle took the time to explain everything needed to my granddaughter and was very hands-on throughout the meal preparation. My grandbaby was all smiles and excited the entire time!! Chef Rochelle was very knowledgeable, hospitable, and kind. Booking a future class soon!!
