In this hands-on class with Chef Meir, you will learn how to prepare a show-stopping four-course chicken dinner using fresh, high-quality ingredients and simple cooking techniques that yield complex flavor profiles.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class with Chef Meir include a savory and earthy sweet onion and parsnip soup with cream, a whole roasted chicken with rosemary au jus sided by fluffy mashed potatoes meltingly tender carrots, and a decadent coconut bread pudding with a homemade coconut caramel sauce for dessert.
