Join Chef Sami on a pasta-making adventure!
Chef Sami has prepared an incredible culinary experience centered around three different kinds of pasta: tortellini, tagliatelle and ravioli. As a beginner, you will get a hands-on lesson in making the dough, rolling the dough and shaping each pasta. Your tortellini will be bathed in a savory broth, while the tagliatelle and ravioli will be blanketed and filled with ingredients ranging from tomatoes to shrimp. End the class with light and refreshing berries and cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Sami has had culinary talent in his blood since childhood. After learning how to cook at a young age, Chef Sami was accepted into a culinary arts high school where he excelled tremendously. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in food science and hospitality, has worked in many culinary realms, and has earned many achievements. Most recently, Chef Sami's team at his company held the highest food quality score, setting a national record!
