Join Chef Neil as he takes you on a flavorful adventure through the Mediterranean!

Chef Neil utilizes his vast expertise to provide you with an authentic Mediterranean culinary experience.

In this class, you will learn how to make amazing Mediterranean dishes all from scratch using the most fresh, highest-quality ingredients. Begin with an antipasto salad peppered with salami, feta, roasted mushrooms and peppers, just to name a few, then learn how to assemble and cook skewers with lemon chicken and seasonal vegetables. Finally, learn how to make traditional baklava. Valuable culinary skills will be added to your repertoire under the guidance of Chef Neil.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Neil is a great chef and instructor who takes great pride in his food. I particularly enjoyed the mushroom risotto and berry cobbler. The risotto was perfectly al dente and the mushrooms lent the dish a meaty and robust flavor. The cobbler had a perfectly crisp crust atop layers of perfectly sweetened fruit. I had a great time learning from Chef Neil and tasting his delightful creations.

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in food and beverage management from the Art Institute of Las Vegas, Chef Neil has spent the past 10 years of his career working in kitchens, managing catering companies, successfully opening a new restaurant concept for a Utah-based restaurant group, and hosting an array of cooking classes and other culinary experiences. His philosophy is simple: to make really good food using fresh ingredients.
