In this hands-on class with Chef Stefon, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course Texas-style brunch menu that features bold flavors and a wide variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Chef Stefon will begin the class by teaching how to make chilaquiles with housemade chorizo, farm fresh eggs, and two types of salsa. Then, you'll learn how to build layers of flavor in a Texas Benedict with spicy and sweet potato biscuits, fried quail, poached eggs, and a jalapeño hollandaise sauce. Lastly, you'll make a tiramisu French toast to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Stefon was phenomenal! We had such a great time learning how to cook with him, and he made it easy and fun to learn. The dishes we made were above and beyond restaurant quality, I can’t wait to try making them at home! Highly recommend!
