Cooking Class - The Perfect Brunch

Learn how to create beautiful brunch dishes that are meant to be enjoyed with friends and family.

Chef Daniel will showcase an incredible three-course breakfast/lunch hybrid that will reinforce your love of all things brunch!

In this class, you'll have the opportunity to prepare sweet and savory recipes that are centered around the breakfast/lunch combination meal. Take brunch to an entirely new (and sophisticated) level beginning with a frittata peppered with caramelized onions, potatoes and fresh herbs, followed by a spicy and tangy shakshuka full of mouthwatering aromas and flavors. Finish the class with a Monte Cristo bursting with complimentary sweet and savory ingredients.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a wonderful experience for all of us! The time spent prepping, learning proper technique, and enjoying the senses while cooking was a lot of fun.
