Cooking Class - Italian Seafood Dinner
In this hands-on class with Chef Antonio, you will learn how to prepare a four-course Italian dinner menu from scratch that showcases an array of fresh seafood as well as a handful of Italy's time-honored culinary traditions.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include an Italian-style tuna poke, homemade spaghetti studded with succulent lobster, handcrafted ravioli filled with salmon, shrimp scampi, and an Italian custard and puff pastry cake with ruby red fresh strawberries central to any Tuscan celebration.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
