Journey from the Italian regions of Abruzzo, Campania, Sicily and beyond in this culinary experience!

In this hands-on class with Chef Antonio, you will learn how to prepare a three-course menu centered on three classic pasta dishes using high-quality ingredients and Italian cooking techniques.

Chef Antonio will guide you through creating your own ravioli with ricotta cheese and marinara sauce. Next up is tagliatelle boscaiola with fresh sausage and creamy mushroom sauce. Finish up with classic gnocchi and savory pesto sauce.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We loved our class with chef Antonio. He was welcoming and made us participate from minute 1; he gave really clear explanations and a lot of anecdotes about traditional Italian cuisine. We enjoyed flavour-full sauces with the pasta we made that were delicious. We'll be back!
