In this hands-on class with Chef Katie, you will learn how to prepare four different soups and stews all of which are vegetarian, vegan, and free from gluten, dairy, and refined sugar.
Each and every soup and stew you will learn how to make in this class — from a tropical African curried coconut soup to a butternut squash, black bean, and chard stew to a potato and leek soup along with a zucchini, pea, and basil soup — promises to deliver big on flavor, nutrition, and unbelievable ease of preparation.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
