In this hands-on class with Chef Katie, you will learn about a variety of common Spanish tapas dishes and how to transform them from an array of small bites to a complete and cohesive dinner.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include the technique of crafting a traditional tortilla de patatas, which is a Spanish-style potato omelette similar to a fritatta, as well as spicy garlic shrimp and endive boats that serve as a vehicle for fresh oranges, almonds, and goat cheese crumbles.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Katie enjoys food. She enjoys cooking it, eating it, reading about it, and writing about it as both a blogger and a cookbook author. After putting in some time at America’s Test Kitchen in Boston, Chef Katie began catering, which eventually led to a successful career designing and teaching an array of cooking classes and culinary experiences that focus on simple, seasonal, from scratch cuisine.
