Cooking Class - Superb Salmon Supper

This class was phenomenal! Chef Yolande straight off the bat asked us how involved we wanted to be and basically let us be completely hands-on while coaching us. I wanted to build more culinary skills and definitely learned how to make my cooking better! She was also really nice and social.

Chef Yolande is a wonderful host and cooking guide. Our meals was fresh, delicious and unique. My son loves to cook and is planning to do more on his own at college. Chef Yolande inspired his creativity and curiosity with her wealth of knowledge, her catalog of spices and her love of cooking. I was also grateful for her sensitivity to my allergies and helping me feel comfortable and safe with the food and environment. My son has already said he would like to return to try new things with Chef Yolande. We had a great time and enjoyed Chef’s bountiful energy and joy.

I booked a cooking class with Yolande as a birthday gift for my fiancé and we had a great time! Her house is welcoming and her kitchen is a fantastic place to learn. My fiancé has intermediate cooking skills whereas I'm more of a beginner, but we both actively participated and Yolande encouraged us to be as interactive as we pleased. The food was DELICIOUS! We would highly recommend!

Chef Yolande was such a gracious host, and her home was warm and inviting. Her cooking methods are practical and easy to follow. She made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to give us as much information about these and other dishes as we wanted. The meal itself was very healthy and yummy, and I now make some of the recipes we learned on a regular basis!

Cooking with Chef Yolanda was a wonderful and relaxing experience. She shared tips and tricks and was kind to answer other questions about cooking that did not have to do with our selected menu. She also shared a few extra treats as our food was cooking. Definitely enjoyed our time!

My family was lucky enough to have Chef Yolande as our Personal Chef when she first began. Not only were the meals delicious but healthy! She easily caters to individual tastes and her ability to provide a variety of dishes is amazing. She even makes leftovers taste good!

I love, love, love Yolande's cooking. She is an outstanding chef and an excellent teacher. She can make a delicious meal for weekday dinners or the most special occasion. She understands the science behind cooking, but really turns it into an art. She has catered wonderful dinners for my family and friends. As a teacher, she is very patient with her students. She helps us be creative and not afraid to deviate from a recipe. She also has a wonderful sense of humor which makes time together in the kitchen even more fun!
