In this hands-on class with Chef Shana, you will learn how to prepare an impressive brunch spread using the freshest, highest quality ingredients and a dash of creativity.
After squeezing your own fresh orange and grapefruit juice, Chef Shana will share with you the secrets to creating the fluffiest, creamiest scrambled eggs elevated even further by the delicate sprinkling of fresh chives. You will also learn how to candy bacon with real maple syrup and prepare a decadent stuffed French toast using brioche, ricotta, Meyer lemons, and fresh blueberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had such an amazing time at my cooking class with Chef Shana! My favorite dish was the Salmon with white wine beurre blanc sauce! I never realized how easy it is to make and it really compliments the fish perfectly! I can't wait to try this at home one night!

Chef Shana has a true passion for cooking, having owned and operated a private chef business for several years that offers catering, cooking demonstrations, culinary education, and more. She knows exactly how to tailor meals to fit individual needs, including those with dietary constraints. In addition to her current venture, she has also worked in restaurants, public relations, and culinary travel.
