Chef James is known for his eclectic menus, and his passion for tarts. This hands-on cooking class combines a variety of textures, temperatures and flavor profiles as only a fusion class can.
The adventure into unexpected yet complementary flavors begins with salmon cakes. The momentum continues with tomato and mozzarella, as you toss a fresh caprese salad. Then, Cajun-spiced steak and mashed potatoes with herbs are a crowdpleaser you'll want to make again and again. Finish strong with a pecan tart served with white chocolate sauce and coffee ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
