In this hands-on class with Chef Michael, you will learn fundamental knife skills as you add three essential dishes to your culinary repertoire and become an all around better home cook.
Chef Michael will help you gain a greater confidence when it comes to understanding kitchen safety, the tools of the trade, and proper knife wielding techniques. You will also learn the method to break down an entire chicken, how to chiffonade basil, how to dice a variety of vegetables and fruit, and how to brew a basic soup stock.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
