Cooking Class - Healthy Fusion Cuisine
In this hands-on class with Chef Laura, you will learn how to make four fast and healthy dishes that don't skimp when it comes to flavor and can be enjoyed many times over.
Chef Laura's recipes draw on Asian, Latin American and Mediterranean flavor profiles, which means weeknight dinners will never be bland or boring again. Some of these recipes include a better-than-takeout soy ginger chicken with zucchini noodles, and a salmon so flavorful it tastes like it's been swimming in the cilantro, lime, honey and cumin marinade its whole life.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
