Cooking Class - Seasonal French Bistro
In this hands-on class with Chef Laura, you will learn how to prepare an elegant and impressive four-course French bistro menu featuring fresh seasonal flavors and ingredients that come together for the perfect Parisian meal.
Chef Laura will begin by teaching you how to build toasted Brie croutons dressed to the nines with golden honey, thyme and apricot, as well as a crisp and colorful salad dressed up with a stunning homemade hazelnut vinaigrette. For your main, learn how to pair fresh lavender with garlic and honey to perfectly season lamb chops. Last, you'll whip up a stunning Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
