In this hands-on class with Chef Marquita, you will learn how to prepare a simple four-course Italian menu using the freshest local ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
After a light and flavorful antipasto salad flecked with fresh basil and oregano, Chef Marquita will share with you the secrets to handcrafting bronze cut pasta from scratch, which, you will come to find, is the perfect vehicle for your soul-warming batch of Italian Bolognese sauce. For dessert, you will craft chocolate chip bars featuring caramel and molasses.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
