Chef Katie is so creative, unique and friendly. I l had a wonderful time learning some interesting and impressive techniques that I can easily replicate at home. With experience that dates back well over a decade, Chef Katie has worked in multiple restaurants, taught as a culinary professor, hosted corporate events, shared her culinary expertise teaching private cooking classes, as well teaching kitchen techniques and skills to the hearing and impaired.
