Cooking Class - Innovative Asian Fare
In this hands-on class with Chef Juan, you will journey through the culinary landscape of Asia as you learn how to prepare a a three-course Asian-style meal incorporating some of the traditional ingredients and cooking styles of three different countries.
You'll begin your journey in China by creating a chicken salad wrap complete with a homemade ginger beer vinaigrette. Then, you'll learn how to prepare Korean-style braised short ribs steeped in an amassment of flavor. You'll end your journey in Japan by learning how to bake an unbelievably fluffy cheesecake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
