Cooking Class - Japanese Inspired Seafood
In this class, Chef Craig will showcase a Japanese meal that is absolutely divine.
Japanese fare is not always easy to recreate. It takes patience and dedication to get these traditional dishes just right. If you enjoy sushi but are not terribly fond of traditional salmon, no problem. Learn how to create a California roll with kanikama crab, avocado, cucumber, and more. It will certainly be mouthwatering! A succulent smoked salmon is on the menu, prepared with wasabi mashed potatoes. For dessert, a beautiful creation of a chocolate trifle.
