In this hands-on class with Chef Landi, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring some of the most popular Italian-American restaurant dishes you'll discover are far better when prepared at home.

After creating a colorful spring mix salad with mango, goat cheese, oranges and more, you'll learn how to brew a feisty batch of vodka sauce for a retro pasta dish that will never go out of style, which you'll pair with homemade ravioli. For dessert, bake up a decadent chocolate lava cake paired with a variety of toppings.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the couples cooking class. We felt comfortable. The food was delicous and the other couples had great vibes and energy. Chef Landi was very personable.
