Penne alla vodka, chocolate lava cake and all the rest of your favorite Italian-American delights.

In this hands-on class with Chef Landi, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring some of the most popular Italian-American restaurant dishes you'll discover are far better when prepared at home.

After creating a colorful spring mix salad with mango, goat cheese, oranges and more, you'll learn how to brew a feisty batch of vodka sauce for a retro pasta dish that will never go out of style, which you'll pair with homemade ravioli. For dessert, bake up a decadent chocolate lava cake paired with a variety of toppings.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I had so much fun! Chef Landi was wonderful; we had great conversation, and we left feeling like we had the confidence to make these dishes at home. You can tell he really loves and takes pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend for a date night or group of friends.
