In this hands-on class with Chef Landi, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course menu featuring some of the most popular Italian-American restaurant dishes you'll discover are far better when prepared at home.

After a colorful beet and orange salad sprinkled with fresh goat cheese, you'll learn how to brew a feisty batch of vodka sauce for a retro pasta dish that will never go out of style, and that you'll pair with homemade ravioli. For dessert, you'll end with a decadent chocolate lava cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
