In this hands-on class with Chef John, you'll learn how to prepare a light and bright four-course French-inspired menu that's perfect for a dinner party with friends.
Chef John will teach you how to lighten up dishes by swapping out butter and heavy cream-based sauces with unique twists of flavor to brighten up the plate and your palate. You'll also learn how to properly pan roast salmon, handcraft a blitz puff pastry, and make an easy, yet impressive dessert laced with subtle hints of Paris in the springtime.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
