Chef Meco merges classic French steakhouse with innovative culinary techniques in this unique experience!
In this hands-on class with Chef Meco, you will learn the skills and techniques to create both innovative and classic French steakhouse dishes with a lot of style and a touch of molecular gastronomy.
You will begin by learning how to prepare mushrooms three ways, including a see-it-to-believe-it mushroom foam with a deliciously mind-boggling texture. Then, Chef Meco will teach you how to sear filet mignon to perfection as well as how to prepare potatoes two ways. For dessert, you'll whip up a classic French custard infused with champagne.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Meco is great cook and teacher, with a background in french cuisine. Everything tasted great, and he even taught me a little food science along the way. My favorite dish was the seared fillet with crispy potatoes and au jus. The au jus he made himself from scratch, and he had a unique way of making it!
