Cooking Class - Exploring French Gastronomy
In this hands-on class with Chef Meco, you'll wade a little further into the wonderful world of French gastronomy and learn how to prepare an utterly impressive three-course French menu.
You'll begin by baking one of the great French classics — gratin dauphinois — a big, bubbling dish of potatoes bathing in a luxurious béchamel sauce. Then, Chef Meco will teach you how to sous vide salmon for an entree sided by a decadent lobster bisque and a handful of harmonious accouterments. And for dessert, you'll learn how to make heavenly blackberry cheesecake tartlets.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
