In this hands-on class with Chef Corey, you will learn a few of the innumerable benefits of incorporating more plant-based meals and vegan cooking into your diet along with chef techniques, trade secrets, the art of plating, and alternative health education.
Chef Corey will introduce you to vegan cooking by teaching you how to prepare a four-course vegan menu that is sure to impress. Some of the recipes you can look forward to preparing include a French onion soup, baked sage tofu, asparagus risotto, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
