Cooking Class - Peruvian Delights

Join Chef Mona and journey to South America to discover the beauty of Peruvian cuisine.

In this hands-on class with Chef Mona, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course Peruvian menu featuring flavor profiles as beautifully complex as the country’s most intricate and exquisite weavings.

You'll begin by learning how to prepare fresh ceviche marinated and cured in a traditional Peruvian marinade. Then, Chef Mona will teach you how to build layers of flavor in a Peruvian beef stir fry with tomatoes, onions and cilantro in a ginger-soy sauce. And for dessert, you will discover the secrets to creating a homemade panna cotta featuring passion fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
