Cooking Class - African Southern Fusion
In this hands-on class with Chef Lula, you will embark on a beautiful adventure of transcendent food discovery as you explore an unforgettable cuisine that combines exotic African flair with modern Southern comfort.
You will begin by creating a refreshing Kenyan tomato and onion salad before preparing your main course featuring a roasted lemon lime pepper chicken bursting with flavor sided by roasted Brussels sprouts and fluffy sweet potato pie mashed potatoes seasoned with Chef Lula's divine five-spice blend. You'll end by creating a whimsical green apple martini cobbler.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
