Cooking Class - Stunning Seafood Spread
In this hands-on class with Chef Chris, you'll learn how to prepare an incredible four-course meal featuring fresh seafood and fresh takes and traditional plating and preparations using local ingredients.
A few stunning seafood dishes you can look forward to making in this class include a colorful and edible display of tuna poke nachos, a creamy and zingy batch of coconut broth chockfull of fresh mussels, and smoky bacon wrapped-stuffed shrimp. You will end the class on a sweet note with a refreshing raspberry gelato for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Tuna Poke Nacho
With wasabi mayonnaise, watermelon radish, wonton and soy-ginger glaze
Mussels in Coconut Broth
