In this hands-on class with Chef Christian, you'll learn the basics of sushi making and discover the simple techniques and ingredients used to create an impressive three-course Japanese menu.
You'll begin by creating the dressing slated to be star of your avocado crab salad that promises to be delicious and a feast for the eyes. Next, Chef Christian will teach you how to make the popular California hand roll and a Japanese bagel roll with ease. There are bound to be leftover ingredients that you will be free to get creative with!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After starting his career working in Japanese and sushi restaurants in a variety of capacities, including roles such as prep cook and sushi chef, Chef Christian now boasts a resume with over 20 years of experience. Chef Christian is now the head sushi chef at a prominent Japanese restaurant in Miami where he has been for almost 10 years serving up incredible sushi, and looks forward to sharing his knowledge to you.
