Cooking Class - Russian Renaissance
In this hands-on class with Chef Michelle, you will discover the beauty that radiates from authentic Russian cuisine and learn how to recreate it in your own kitchen.
Russian cuisine is based largely on locally found ingredients like potatoes, cabbage, mushrooms, beets and onions, combined simply and honed to perfection. Chef Michelle will show you how to use these common ingredients to build incredible layers of flavor in dishes like Russian vareniki wrapped up in a soft, chewy dough, and vibrantly colored traditional borsch soup with an undeniable earthy sweetness.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
