Rich in flavor and tradition, these luxurious Italian dishes give a nod to old elegance.
In this hands-on class with Chef Mo, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Italian menu dripping with tradition and dishes that are more likely to be found in an old-school checkered-tablecloth trattoria rather than a home kitchen.
You'll begin by handcrafting tender dumpling pillows of potato gnocchi and a freshly made tomato sauce. Then, you'll discover exactly why saltimbocca's name means to “jump in the mouth." You can also look forward to learning a new way to prepare butternut squash before trying your hand at making Italian donuts.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

When not teaching, Chef Mo also works as the events chef at two of Boston’s most prominent catering companies, indulging a deep passion for writing and developing unique, creative and seasonal menus that are equal parts crowd-pleasers and show-stoppers.
