Learn how to create Chef Djeff's impressive three-course French menu featuring le boeuf.
In this hands-on class, Chef Djeff will elevate your knowledge of French cuisine as you learn how to fuse timeless French traditions with modern gastronomy.
Chef Djeff will begin by instructing on the proper way to craft an authentic crêpe you'll serve with mushrooms. Next, learn the techniques to prepare the perfect filet mignon sided by sweet potato purée and haricots verts. Finally, end the class by making a classic espresso pot de crème.
