This was a to. Of fun! Chef Chelsea was great! She explained, answered questions and was very personable. The potstickers and wontons were delicious and I look forward to using what I learned.

We very much enjoyed learning how to cook Asian Dumplings with Chef Chelsea! She did a great job of explaining the process and offered a lot of tips and tricks throughout the session. We enjoyed bonding with our classmates and hearing about Chef Chelsea's experiences as a Chef! This was a so much fun and we had a blast!

Chef Chelsea is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I feel like I asked about a million questions, and she was more than happy to answer them! You can really tell that she loves food and that teaching is something that she enjoys. It felt like getting to hang out with a friend while they infodump about their passion - which is the exact type of vibe I'm looking for in a class! Thanks, Chelsea! The gnocchi was delicious :)
