What a great experience! Chef Francesca was amazing! In addition to being very knowledgeable about cooking, she is a great teacher! We learnt how to make two types of pasta and with different techniques, also made two sauces. She taught us the authentic way and the modern way. Also, everything was taught in detail and with patience so everyone could learn to make pasta firsthand. I would recommend her class to anyone who loves food and wants to learn cooking in the best way!
