Sardinian-born professional chef, Chef Francesca, serves a selection of traditional seafood favorites.

Chef Francesca brings a Sardinian flair to this eclectic seafood menu, served at your own table. Start with a pistachio-crusted seared scallop and smoked salmon spinach salad with lemon vinaigrette. Main courses include handmade fettuccine with clams, shrimp and calamari, along with baked salmon fillets served with a Mediterranean delicacy; bottarga. After your meal, cleanse your palate with a refreshing homemade lemon sorbetto.

We thoroughly enjoyed our class with chef Francesca. She was warm and friendly and very informative. My husband and I both cook but we still found her very informative. By the end of the evening we felt like we were at a friend’s house for a wonderfully delish meal. We highly recommend this class.

I want to express my gratitude to the Cozymeal Team, especially Lauren, for accommodating my communication needs. As I mentioned, I am deaf and communicate using American Sign Language. Chef Francesca was patient in working with me and very kind to write everything out for me to read. Not only was Chef Francesca nice to me, but she is also a fantastic chef! She taught me everything I needed to know, and the food we cooked together was incredible. I highly recommend taking her class. I will definitely take her class again to learn different dishes. It's a shame I couldn't give her six stars. Thank you, Chef Francesca!

My sister and I had such a great time with this class which was a wonderful birthday treat. Chef Francesca was not only knowledgeable, but kind and easygoing. Plus, her kitchen was so cozy and relaxing! We learned how to make pasta from scratch as well as chocolate mousse. Both, as well as the steak, were very delicious! I highly recommend her class.
