This small bites menu brings the beautiful Island of Sardinia to any appetizer table.

This is our first time having a Cooking Class as a Team Building Event. Chef Francesca made it such a successful experience! We love every single dish that were prepared. They were delicious! And we had a lot of fun kneading the pasta dough to making the actual Sardinian Ravioli (Culurgiones). We love Chef Francesca's sharing of her life experiences which helped us to learn about the Sardinian culture and its food. We appreciate her down-to-earth personality that made everyone felt so at home. Afterwards, my team was raving about this whole experience and telling me how much they enjoyed it. Thank you, Chef Francesca! You truly have made this Team Building experience unique and unforgettable!
