After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012, Chef Pao turned his focus to the beautiful and delicious preparation and presentation of sushi. Previously, he worked as a sushi chef at a restaurant in St. Paul where he perfected his sushi-making techniques. Now, Chef Pao runs his own catering business for events and gatherings, and teaches Asian cooking classes with a focus on skill and high-quality ingredients.

Chef Lisa has had a long standing appreciation for food, cooking, and nutrition. This passion led her to study Human Foods and Nutrition in college. She was given the opportunity to further her career by working as an executive pastry chef for resorts and hotels, as an healthy eating specialist for Whole Foods Market, and now has her own culinary business, where she helps others explore food, and ultimately, better their lives.

A true culinary virtuosa, Chef Parsati has worked as an instructor teaching private cooking lessons and after-school programs for an international educational platform that teaches kids math, science, and geography through cooking, and also previously worked for Williams Sonoma in a culinary capacity. Chef Parsati loves researching new recipes, experimenting in the kitchen, and hosting small, private, interactive cooking classes for clients.

Born and raised in Italy, Chef Luana inherited a culinary passion from her grandmother. She has enjoyed entrepreneurial success at a beachside restaurant in Italy mainly due to her mastery with the pizza oven, as she is one of Italy’s few professional female pizza makers working with a wood burning oven. Chef Luana's old world recipes and techniques find new life in her classes with quality ingredients and genuine flavors.

He has gained experience in a number of sushi restaurants across the country, beginning as a sushi helper and working his way up to his currently coveted role of head sushi chef. Hailing from Japan, Chef Shinya focuses on crafting outstanding cuisine centering on traditional and authentic Japanese recipes, but mixed with a passion for using fresh, local ingredients. This method, along with his extensive experience as a culinary instructor, chef trainer and former restaurant owner who has earned three stars from Seattle Times, proves Chef Shinya's classes will be extraordinary.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Chef Luca is a dynamic and talented gastronomic genius from Parma, Italy with more than 22 years of professional culinary experience under his belt. After spending years honing his craft in both Italy as well as Addis Abeba, Ethiopia, Chef Luca landed in Atlanta. He has found incredible success as a personal and private chef as well as a culinary instructor who loves incorporating history into his interactive classes.

Chef Mert hails from a family of exceptional cooks who take pride in their Balkan and Mediterranean culinary cultures. He applied his natural talents while working at Michelin-starred Spago Beverly Hills. His experience preparing meals for A-list celebrities and food critics helped expand his enterprise as a private chef. In Chef Mert’s view, cuisine is an artform where passion and soul are as important as flavor and texture.
