Private Chef - Spanish Fare in Melbourne

We had a wonderful meal of sausage appetizer, rib eye, potatoes, veggies and a wonderful bananas foster. Though I am a pretty good cook we learned new techniques and Chef Anthony was very accommodating in helping with specific things I have difficulty cooking. Specifically I can now cook good brussel sprouts. It was valuable seeing him cook these appetizing dishes on my equipment and the specific temperatures he used. The four of us really experienced an inspiring relationship with both Chef Anthony and his assistant, his special daughter.

Chef Anthony arrived about an hour before serving up the first appetizer. He brought all of his own pans and cooking equipment with him so we only had to provide plates and silverware. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were able to customize our main entree and sides with Chef Anthony's help. Every dish was delicious and we enjoyed the chef's explanations and tips of each dish he prepared. We chose the crab cakes and candied walnut strawberry salad for our appetizer. We chose the filet mignon, lobster, mash potatoes and creamed spinach for our entrees. And lastly, our yummy dessert was the banana's foster. I'd highly recommend Chef Anthony.

Chef Anthony was on time and Awesome! We enjoyed EVERY thing and he was kind. The food was delicious and his strawberry sauce was divine! Thank You Chef!

Chef Anthony was amazing!! He was able and ready to adjust to all the many weather conditions! It was my husband’s pool birthday party, it was sunny and in within a hour and a half, a black cloud, rain and wind came up !! Everyone saying it’s going to blow over, but alas, it didn’t!, Anthony was so willing to to move into our social room, without a question. He also suggested Alicia for our bartender, who was amazing!! Thank you Anthony and I will always turn to you for my future events and will suggest to my friends to hire you. I sought out Chef Anthony for a private cooking class for my sister and me. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was. I requested that we focus on vegetarian dishes, as my sister has recently become a vegetarian. Chef Anthony put together a menu of dishes that were not only easy to make but delicious! He was a great teacher- supportive and fun! I highly recommend him for any of your chef needs - catering, personal cooking and cooking classes. You won’t be disappointed!

Chef Anthony was amazing! He can when he said and food was delicious! We had a ball for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We had brunch and dinner prepared in my home. We will be using him again for his meals as well as his cooking classes. He is very personable and pleasant.

We wanted to do something special for my dads 70th birthday but with Covid we were not able to throw a big party instead we hired Chef Anthony to cook an amazing dinner and he didn’t disappoint! From the first time I called him to talk about the menu, during the dinner and after he was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The food was outstanding and he made the whole experience so nice. If we are back in the area we will hire Chef Anthony again. He also does cooking classes and would love to try that if we lived closer.

Chef Anthony provided a fantastic experience. Making arrangements was very easy. He arrived on time. He created a tremendous dinner with dietary restrictions that were required. The food was fabulous. He cleaned the kitchen and gave us the leftovers which we enjoyed the next day.. Highly recommend this pleasant man..

I highly, highly recommend Chef Anthony. I first encountered Chef Anthony and his talent at a friend's retirement. Since then I’ve hired Chef Anthony twice - for my daughter’s after-wedding lunch and for my husband’s retirement reception, plus I have referred him out to other friends for holiday events and the like. He is now my go-to caterer. You will not be disappointed by Chef Anthony's professionalism. He listens and creates a menu to your liking which is a big deal for me. Why? I am a health coach and part of that is helping people develop healthier eating habits in every day life and especially at celebrations - be that for weight loss, weight maintenance, balancing blood sugars etc. Working with Chef Anthony is a true partnership! Chef Anthony was amazing! From the planning of our menu to the execution of our meal everything was incredible!!!
