A fun night with plenty of food and conversation.

My partner and I booked his class for a date night and we had an absolutely phenomenal time! Chef Felix is personable and clearly passionate about food. He walked us through the "how" and the "why" of what we were cooking and made it as accessible to our understanding as possible. We did the Carnivor's Delight and it was some of the best tasting meat dishes I've ever had. Would highly recommend!

Felix was awesome! It was fun right from the start. He had great background knowledge of all the food we prepared, and plenty of tips for any style of cooking. The environment was casual and fun, he had a speaker where we could play our own music while we cooked. Everything we made was seriously delicious, we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Such a great experience with Chef Felix at his “Carnivore’s Delight” class. Chef Felix was very personable and informative. The food was delicious, portion sizes were very generous and overall it was a really fun experience. We will surely be back for another class with Chef Felix!

Chef Felix’s class was an awesome experience. I’ve done classes at The Dirty Apron, Gourmet Warehouse, and Cook Culture and I really felt like this class was the most up close and personal with the instructor. Was able to learn so much and ask a lot of questions about technique and process. The food was fantastic to say the least. We did the Carnivore’s Delight menu and left feeling full and beyond satisfied. It’s basically like going to a top restaurant in Vancouver and getting 3 huge courses and a dessert. Flavour-wise everything was very delicious, ingredients were incredible, and I feel confident I can try my hand at making these dishes at home. Overall an A+ experience! Highly recommended, and will definitely be back for future classes with this Chef.
