Eating vegan has never been as delicious as it is in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Felix. Discover imaginative, elevated recipes that bring out the vibrant goodness from an array of garden- and field-fresh ingredients.
Dig into the tastes and textures of an inventive beetroot tartare peppered with gherkins and shallots, and prepare potato gnocchi paired with king oyster mushrooms. Then, learn how to fold eggplant dumplings served with Thai curry sauce featuring peanuts and ginger, and mix up coconut sorbet with the added zing of pineapple and lime.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
