Cooking Class - Paris Bistro Classics
Take a trip to a Paris bistro with Chef John, and learn how to create the dishes served in these intimate restaurants that focus on quality ingredients and simple, hearty fare.
Begin the first course with mussels, bacon and white wine, then you'll learn how to craft the perfect cheese soufflé served with greens and bread. Your entrée is a hearty beef and vegetable stew slow cooked with red wine, and the final course is an experience unto itself: gateaux de chocolate. This popular dessert has a hint of coffee and is perfect when paired with ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
